| How can I buy
the tickets? |
Once you
choose the event and ticket category, you must fill in the form to make
the purchase order effective. The payment is made online by Visa or
MasterCard credit/debit cards. In order to let you know that the
purchase is really being processed, you will be sent a confirmation
e-mail.

shall I make the tickets payment effective? |
By Visa
or MasterCard credit/debit cards. The payment is made online by means
of a safe connection.

| Is there any
system to control the credit card data? |
The
credit card information that you provide is immediately sent to your
bank office. We do not manipulate nor have access to these data since
the information is encrypted.

| Where do you
send the purchased tickets? |
When
filling in the form you will be asked to provide an address inside the
country where the event takes place. The tickets will be delivered
there about 3 or 4 days before the event. If you do not live there
permanently, you will have to provide your accommodation address in the
country during your stay.

| Will I need to
pay any extra money in order to receive the tickets at my address? |
No. The
tickets include VAT as well as postage and packing.

| How do I know
my purchase order has been successfully received? |
Once the
transaction has been successfully completed, you will be sent a
confirmation e-mail with all the details related to your purchase.

| Are there any
discounts available when buying the tickets? |
Our
usual customers and groups can benefit from our discounts. Please
contact us in order to inform you about them and see if they can be
applied.

| Where do the
tickets correspond to? |
Regarding
the Camp Nou tickets and in deference to our customers, we always offer
the best tickets available in the chosen areas.

| Can I change my
purchase order data once it has been performed? |
Just send us an e-mail with all the changes you want to

| What happens if
the tickets dates change once I have already bought them? |
A week
before the event you will be sent a confirmation email in order to
check the exact date, just in case there were any changes or just to
remind you of the date and time of the event. Still, it is the client's
responsability to check the date and time, on our website and/or local
press.

| What does 'to
buy in the "Booking" mode' mean? |
If you
wisk to book tickets that are not available, as soon as we receive your
booking order we do our best to get them. Once we obtain the tickets,
we send you a booking confirmation e-mail. If we do not manage to get
the tickets, you are refunded 100% of the amount paid and our company
is exempt from any liability regarding any inconvenience caused to the
customer.

| Why your online
tickets are more expensive than the stadium tickets? |
Our
customer-oriented policy is to sell a service called Ticket Package. We
do not sell the ticket only. The Ticket Package, depending on the city
or the event, may include: the event tickets, a souvenir, a city guide
book or map, and home delivery service. In many occasions, in order to
guarantee the Ticket Package availability for our customers, we
have to buy the Ticket Package at a higher price than their face
value. Hence, our tickets can be more expensive than the tickets real
price (face value). Or else, depending on supply-demand, we establish
our Ticket Packages prices.

| How can I
contact you if I had a last minute emergency? |
We
provide a telephone number for emergencies. It will be available 48
hours before the event (+ 34 690 278 507).

| How can I
cancel the tickets? |
Cancellations,
changes or refunds are not allowed once the purchase or the booking has
been accepted. Refunds are only accepted if our company does not manage
to fulfill the purchase or booking. Before cancelling the purchase or
booking -in case we did not manage to obtain the tickets chosen
category- we would offer you lower category tickets and the difference
in price would be refunded.
The tickets can not be cancelled, since we already warn you about the
fact that matches may suffer date/time changes due to TV broadcastings
and Champions League commitments. In general, the Saturday matches can
be moved forward to Sunday or vice versa, and from Wednesday to any
other weekday.
In order to keep informed about these possible changes, we do recommend
you to check in the sports press.
